We are now looking for an engaged Marketing Assistant with a focus on customer contact and administration. Do you want a role where you can combine phone contact, administration, and service? We are looking for a positive and service-oriented Marketing Assistant who enjoys connecting with associations.

Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play an important role in our marketing team. You will have daily phone contact with associations, manage statistics and payments. As part of the team, your main tasks will include:

• Maintaining ongoing phone and email contact with associations
• Managing statistics and payments
• Administrative tasks

If needed, you may also:

• Participate in fairs
• Create company materials, such as roll-ups and brochures
• Attend meetings, both via phone, in person, and in other locations
• Perform administrative tasks, such as managing campaigns and updating websites

Who are you?

• You are a positive and service-oriented person who enjoys making new contacts.
• You have experience with the Office suite and working in Excel.
• You enjoy working administratively and have good organizational skills.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you speak additional languages, that is a plus.
• You have good computer skills.
• Possession of a category B driver's license.

Working hours:

The regular working hours are weekdays from 07:30 to 16:30. When participating in fairs, working hours may vary and include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Travel may occur, which sometimes involves overnight stays in hotels in other cities.

About the position:

Working hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30.

Employment conditions: Permanent, 6-month probationary period.
